1. How to order?
1, Select your preferred items from our on-line catalogue and let us know the item numbers and the size and quantity you need. please enter our wholesale website:www.shoesdisplay.com
2, We will send you the confirmation letter after getting your order information.
3, Please send the payment to us if you confirm the order.
4, We confirm the payment and then send out the goods  by door to door Express mail.
5,Please  give us feedback after you get the goods. 
 
2. Are the products authentic?
Our products are factories variants. However, they are all made according to authentic ones with quality guaranteed.We have an excellent reputation on the Internet for selling thoese products. Buyers are all very satisfied with our item from us.
 
3. Are the products in the original box?

4. What size do you have?

5. Do you do retail or wholesale?
We sell single pair of shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15% discount depending on quantity and quality of items. To qualify for wholesale discount your order must have minimum of 100 pairs.
 
6. Do you have custom shoes?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.
 
7. Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
Yes, we accept samples orders.Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each pairs for shipping fee.
 
8. How long can I receive my shoes?
Shoes are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take about one week. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
 
9. How the shoes are delivered?
Usually shoes are sent via air express like EMS、DHL、UPS.
 
10.If the shoes are blocked in china custom or in our custom, how we should do?
here we have very good relations with SODEXI, DHL, TNT and AAE to U.S.A; and also ?FEDEX and CHINA POST AND HONGKONG POST; if the shoes are stopped in china custom, we will bear all the risk here that is to say we will resend yor orders till you get it or we will refund your money; also we can give the guarantee for customers to get what they ordered from us on the basic of a little higher price because of this small risk that we will bear
 
11. How can I know my order status?
Once we send the shoes, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We will also keep an eye on your shoes until you receive them.
